Taylor Lowen: Camp Heal-A-Heart

Taylor has been volunteering with Camp Heal-A-Heart for 3 years now, and she takes a week of her summer vacation time from work to come to our Overnight camps and spend time with the kids. Taylor is so involved with the kids and brings a deep level of compassion and empathy to the volunteer position. She also stays actively engaged with volunteering throughout the year, coming to the evening follow ups to stay connected with the youth.

Connie Nesbitt: Grande Prairie Voice for Life

Grande Prairie Voice for Life nominates Connie Nesbitt. The list does not end, regarding all the ways Connie serves in the Grande Prairie Community. Besides being on the board, and staff supervisor, for GP Voice for Life, she volunteers for, runs or organizes for over 14 groups, year round, in the city. While constantly on the go, she always seems to take the time to encourage others. She consistently has a smile on her face, no matter the day. She is wise, and offers that wisdom graciously. She is an incredible asset to this community, and we at GPVFL are honored to have her support and input. It would be amazing to see her recognized for all her efforts done in love, behind the scenes.
