The Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau is happy to offer our "HR Recipes for Success" series – This is 10 practical HR focused workshops instructed by a leading non-profit Human Resources expert, designed specifically for supervisors, managers and HR professionals who are new to managing staff or could just use a bit more training around day-to-day HR functions, conflict management, recruitment, employee coaching, employee discipline, policy development, and much more!
Workshops are 90 minutes of practical learning, valuable networking and opportunities to ask questions of a prominent non-profit Human Resources leader. Participants will walk away with tips, tools and resources that you can use, the moment you get back to work! Come learn how to handle difficult situations minimize organizational risks, and create solid strategic plans for recruitment & more.
