Why Engage Youth Volunteers?

Wire 2 Hire Youth Program - A Free part-time 10-week training program for youth, between the ages of 16 & 30, residing within Grande Prairie or surrounding area, aims at equipping participants with the necessary skills to interact and succeed in their volunteer and work positions throughout their lifetime. Youth Volunteerism Guide - Volunteer Canada
Leaders of Tomorrow Awards presented by ATCO - offered by Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau and presenting sponsor ATCO. The annual award program recognizes students between the ages of 13 to 18, who have made outstanding contributions to their communities through volunteerism. By recognizing these exceptional volunteers, the Leaders of Tomorrow Awards inspire other students to give selflessly and become lifelong volunteers.
